They offer outstanding tuition in a wide range of culinary skills, running classes throughout the year at their cooking studios. On top of that their venue is also used for corporate and private functions.

The classes are fun and hands-on and everyone becomes involved and participates in the preparation of the dishes. For corporate groups these classes are great for team building or for entertaining clients.
They have various Wickedfood cooking schools to cater for the huge demand for cooking skills and techniques in food preparation.
The format of each class is as follows:
- Introduction to the preparation of all the dishes to be cooked - minimum of 6 dishes per class
- Students are divided into groups, and each student gets involved in preparing the various dishes – the school provides aprons
- Participants enjoy the food they have prepared.
Students get all notes and recipes, all ingredients and use of an apron as well as teas, soft drinks in the morning classes and limited white and red house wine by the glass, as well as soft drinks in the evening classes.

While Liam Tomlin’s exciting cooking courses cover the essential principles of cooking, the courses are based on the classic European traditions of his training with an added Asian influence. This comes from the fourteen years he spent in Asia and Australia.

His classes are 4 hours long and his cookery demonstration classes consist of a maximum of 24 participants who will have the opportunity to interact on a one-on-one basis with either Liam, the guest chef or class presenter.
On top of that course notes and recipes will be given to participants at registration on the day of the class and tasting portions will be served, paired with matching wines.
They also made their space available for corporate entertaining or for team building.
